Who we are

Mark Advance AI Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 16999590, registered office 33 Infirmary Street, Blackburn, BB2 3RN) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact us at enquiries@markadvanceai.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business type and your message, so we can reply to your enquiry.
• Callback request demo: name, phone, email, preferred time and description, so we can call you back.
• Website chat assistant: the messages you type, or speak if you use voice input, so the assistant can reply.
• Vehicle design demo: business name, business type, vehicle type and colour, and optional phone and website, so we can generate a concept image.
• Technical data: our hosting and web server record basic technical data such as your IP address, for security and to keep the site running.

Our lawful basis

We handle enquiries and callback requests because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us, and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We use technical data for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who we share data with

We use the following providers to run the site. They act on our instructions or under their own terms:

• Hostinger: website hosting and business email.
• Anthropic: a US-based AI provider. Messages you send to the website chat are sent to it to generate replies.
• Google: inputs to the vehicle design demo are sent to Google's image generation service to create the concept image.
• 3D content provider: the 3D robot on the home page may be loaded from a third-party service, which can receive technical data such as your IP address.
• Your browser: voice input uses your browser's built-in speech recognition, which may be provided by your browser vendor. Spoken replies use your device's speech synthesis.

We do not sell personal data.

AI providers and where we are heading

We are building towards UK-hosted AI infrastructure through our OmniCore UK platform. That work is in progress, and until it is complete some features use the third-party providers above, which may process data outside the UK. Please do not enter sensitive personal information (for example health or financial details) into the chat or the demos.

International transfers

Where personal data is sent outside the UK, for example to the AI providers above, we rely on the safeguards required by UK GDPR. Contact us if you would like more detail.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as is needed to deal with them and any resulting business relationship, then delete or anonymise them. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and, where it applies, to receive it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this notice as the site and our platform develop. The date below shows the latest version.
